Lorri began her career in a division of Wolters Kluwer as an Editor in their legal practice.

In 2012 she became a Non-Executive Director & Trustee Governor of a world-renowned charity, New College Worcester (formerly RNIB College for the Blind), where she chaired the Education Committee and was a member of the Audit Committee – before moving into Search.

As a Partner with Friisberg & Partners International, Lorri has recruited into many senior executive positions for a diversity of clients, ranging from Fortune500 and FTSE 100 PLCs across a variety of sectors including manufacturing, outsourcing, pharmaceutical / biotech, retail and professional services.

She is a member of Finance/Banking, Biotech and Retail practice groups and currently chairs the Innovation, Diversity & Inclusion and Strategy groups for Friisberg & Partners.
