Possesses a multi-cultural mindset and 23 years of experience in the CPG, Automotive, Telecommunications, Technology, Consulting sectors, developing human capital strategies to create healthy and productive workplaces.

She has experience as CHRO, Ex-Pat, advisor, consultant, coach, and mentor for high potential and C-Suite Levels, instructional designer, and facilitator in organizational development projects.

Her business transformation and culture expertise includes mergers, acquisitions, downsizings, closing operations, and unions' negotiation. Her professional interests focus on education and learning, culture, ethics, business ventures, change management, technology, leadership, team development, employee engagement experiences, talent management, human capital strategies.

Ivonne is currently Managing Partner HR Business Solutions at IP Living, working with clients in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Her current goals include developing and delivering proactive solutions with a dynamic HR vision to help businesses create a sustainable integration of people, processes, and technology to identify and develop talent.

Advisory Board Member of the Mexico Institute of Art in Dallas; And Global Chamber Dallas Chapter. She is a passionate promoter of development and participates actively with nonprofit organizations in the US and Mexico and with the Hispanic Community, Global Community, and Human Rights.
